Rotational Beers

An American style IPA brewed with traditional west coast hops. Munich 10L makes up 11% of the grist giving this well-balanced IPA a malty backbone without being overly sweet.

This IPA is a hop forward IPA with a distinct spicy, floral, and grapefruit aroma from a dose of Cascade dry hops, and a heavy dose of high alpha acid Zythos hops to provide bittering and develop a tangerine, grapefruit, pine, and even pineapple flavor and aroma.

The same grain bill as our Zythos IPA, but replace Zythos with Chinook hops.

Brewed with almost 4.5 lbs of hops per barrel and 25 lbs of dextrose in the boil (yes adding sugar to the boil actually makes it less sweet) this true to style Double IPA is dry and bitter with an elevated ABV of 8.8%. If it's balance that you seek then stay away, this Double IPA is sure to satisfy your hop withdrawals.

For all you weirdies that like pineapple juice.. I mean hazy beers. By request and designed by our own Heckman and Assistant Brewer - Colin. Brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops, his hazy will have the juicy, hazy goodness that we all expect from this popular oddity.

A black IPA brewed with chinook and chocolate rye in collaboration with the one and only Breck Ski Patrol. This IPA is dark black like the bomb dust left behind from the bombs thrown almost every morning by these fantastic people to keep our resort mountain safe for us to shred. Is Lake Chutes open?

Brewed exclusively with the hop that changed it all, the mighty Cascade. This well balanced American Pale Ale has a Maris Otter malt base giving it plenty of malty / nutty goodness to go along with the citrusy Cascade.

Designed with our buddy Ben from Firesmith Manufacturing in Silverthorne. This session is made with all Citra hops that came together to produce a low ABC Citra bomb session with a subtle caramel backbone accompanied by a dry finish.

German Hallertau hops and a traditional grain bill lead to this easy drinking Kölsch, crisp, clean, with a light fruity ester aroma and taste.

A pleasant integration of mango puree with a wheat beer design leads to a refreshing summer drink. Still recognizable as a beer, but with a wonderful botanical fruit character.

Woody, nutty, biscuit flavors dominate this well balanced American amber ale. The use of Victory malt gives this beer a malty complexity while allowing a slight hop presence to shine through.

A Dusseldorf classic. A hybrid, like a Kölsch, meaning it's an ale fermented closer to lager temperatures giving it a cleaner and smoother palate than most ales. Amber in color. Radschläger means, "cartwheeler" in German. If there's one thing that Dusseldorfers love more than Altbier, it's doing cartwheels. This beer will make you want to strap on you lederhosen and cartwheel down the banks of the Rhine... or the Blue.

A strong, malt forward style indeed. Think a darker English Barley Wine with more sweetness and a bit less alcohol strength. Rich, sweet malt, with a caramel, toffee, and a slight warming alcohol. The 120 shilling ( / -) is traditionally in reference to the price of a barrel based on the beer's strength.

A beechwood-smoked, malty, amber German lager provides a smoke / BBQ / bacon aroma and flavor. Think camping in a glass.

A stronger, more bitter version of a traditional porter. This Robust Porter has a noticeable burnt toasty bitterness that stands out due to a liberal dose of black patent malt. This helps in balancing the perceived bitterness of the aggressive hopping that is consistent with the style. Dry hopped with cascade hops for aromatic complexities.

Burnt chocolate, coffee, with a slight alcohol warmth on the back end. Hop bitterness is used to balance the sweetness from a complex array of specialty dark malts.

Aged for 6 months in a Breckenridge Distillery bourbon barrel, a chocolate bourbon aroma leads into burnt black cherries, and raisins soaked in bourbon with a heavy chocolate character and a slight black coffee lingering aftertaste. If you were trying to Escape From Siberia before, try this barrel aged version and you will be content just where you are.

Irish stout on nitro... doesn't get any smoother, what more do you need?

Brewed with local artisan honey from Salida (The Beekeeper's Honey Boutique), a slight honey essence gives way to a rush of banana, pear, and underlying spice. The honey essence appears to reemerge upon swallowing followed by a slight drying sensation. An earthy bitterness (Styrian Goldings hops) takes a back seat but makes it's presence felt in the overall balance. It drinks lower than it's 7.5% abv and lacks any noticeable alcohol warming sensation.

This highly attenuated, fruity, spicy, strong Belgian ale will satiate your holiday, or any day, flavor kick. Coriander adds additional complexity.

As is the case for almost all Belgian styles, the yeast is the focal point. A pepper and clove like phenolic character along with banana and pear esters, seamlessly work together to mask the elevated abv. A peppery essence shows itself late in the finish, accompanied by a pleasant dryness and only the slightest alcohol warmth.

Under the category of British Bitter - a Strong Bitter (sometimes known as ESB) is a classic British style. Despite the name, this beer is neither strong nor overly bitter, but you will be greeted with a smooth, creamy, earthy bitterness. This one is served on nitro to give it that cask essence like you're in a pub in England.
