US: Flat $6 shipping on ALL orders within the US.

Other: Shipping type and charges are determined by your merchandise type, quantity, and the destination. See the final shipping details during checkout.

Taproom Pick-Up: Select items are available for taproom pick-up. Once your order is ready, you’ll be contacted via email or phone. Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to receive your order.

Delivery Time

Your print on-demand (POD) drop shipping delivery time is based on fulfillment time + shipping time. POD items are typically produced in 2-5 business days.

All of the products on our online store are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Returns

If you don’t like your purchase, that’s ok. Please submit a return request. A prepaid USPS label will be provided. USPS will ONLY deliver to:

Lost or Stolen Items

We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen from your doorstep, misplaced, or lost in delivery or return. Delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping company.

Wrong Address

If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the POD facility. Email store@syndicatebrewingco.com with the updated address. To receive the order, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Problem Report

Email store@syndicatebrewingco.com with a description of the problem in detail and upload any relevant photos within 7 days of the delivered date. Syndicate Brewing Co. will review the problem. Problem resolution is at the discretion of Syndicate Brewing Co.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Currently, gift cards are not accepted at our online store.

Sales Tax

Each state has different laws pertaining to how we are responsible for taxing the product we sell online.

If Syndicate Brewing Co. has a physical presence or nexus in your state, such as a store, office or warehouse, we are required to charge applicable state and local sales tax from our customers.
