We understand that ordering online presents some challenges, but we are here to help. After receiving your Syndicate Brewing Co. gear, if you wish to return your item the following applies:

• Click the START A RETURN link/button and add the order you wish to send back including the email address associated with the order. Once an RMA# is created, a return label and instructions will be provided to return the product back for processing, for FREE.

• Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail locations.

• Refunds must be processed within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in 100% resalable condition. We will not accept merchandise that is missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.

• No returns on final sale items.

• Original shipping charges will not be added to the refund.

• Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return (see Return Policy) the original merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the appropriate item.
