Lost or Stolen Items

We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen from your doorstep, misplaced, or lost in delivery. Delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping company.

Wrong Address

If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the POD facility. Email store@syndicatebrewingco.com with the updated address. To receive the order, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Problem Report

Email store@syndicatebrewingco.com with a description of the problem in detail and upload any relevant photos. Syndicate Brewing Co. will review the problem. Problem resolution is at the discretion of Syndicate Brewing Co.
